Dr Jenny agreed to see our dog as our regular vet was sick with Covid. I had called 5 others vets and drove an hour to see her. She and her team were just fantastic with our very sick fur baby. She gave us an actual diagnosis that our regular vet had not been able to find previously. I can’t say enough- she genuinely cares about pets! It’s such a tough time right now trying to find a vet to see a sick pet if you aren’t an established patient. Thank you Dr Jenny and her crew!!
Have been seeing a different vet practice with no help for the past year. Finally found someone that is helping my doggie with his skin issues. Thank you Dr Jenny.

I waited more than two weeks to get into my vet in Crestview and had another week to go which was already a ‘fit in’. I diligently cleaned out goop from my dogs eyes two times a day. Finally my dogs’ eyes were so goopy I could not keep up. They suggested I call Niceville Animal Clinic. I was in the next day! Dr Jenny took the time to explain and show me Louies health care needs. Brought my fur baby in after a bad bite from a bigger dog. The staff took great care of my baby and saw the distress I was in and even took care of me. Friendly and caring people. I think we found our new veterinarian family! Thank you so much!
