RecommendedDr.Jenny is one of the only vets that has in office appointments during the COVID Virus. Our Chow is very timid. We needed to be with him. He got shots, skin checked and even hot spots shaved. NO growls or barks. Can your vet do that? If you want a vet that takes time with you and you pet,which is rare it’s Dr. Jenny. Her staff is great too.
Staff was pleasant and professional. We were immediately taken into a room and waited only a matter of minutes. The Doctor was able to diagnose the condition of my pet and recommended the most effective recourse. The cost was reasonable and I would return with any of my other 4 furry friends should they ever need assistance.
I have to say the strong smell hits you as soon as you open the door. I wish there was something that could be done, but I can only assume they have tried and continue trying. My regular vet does not see poultry, and thankfully Niceville Animal Clinic does. I had to put down one of my old "ladies" (she's a 6 yr old hen) and Dr. Jenny was very kind during the process. We needed a new vet ASAP because my dog had an ear infection, so we called Niceville Animal Clinic. They got us in by the next morning, which was already amazing. My dog was extremely nervous about being at the vet and Dr. Jenny and her staff were absolutely amazing. They never said any complaints about my dog being crazy (which he most definitely was) and were so extremely helpful. We will be taking all our pets here from now on. Love it!
We have two new little kittens and they were able to get us in the same day! Our normal vet clinic here in crestview wasn’t able to see us for two weeks! The staff was great! They loved on our kittens, Odesza and Hippie, and took such loving care of them. Dr. Jenny was amazing. Even though she is the only doctor in her clinic, and a very busy clinic at that, she actually took 20 minutes to get to know us and told us what to expect from her as a doctor. Quality clinic! So glad we found them!
She was compassionate and caring as we had to allow our dog to cross the Rainbow Bridge. She was awesome.
Very professional kind nice you can tell the vet loves animals the price for the shot was very high almost $30 higher and they gave my dog twice the dosage
Dr Jenny is very caring and loving. She keeps her arms around you as you have to make tough decisions about your pets. She loves animals and that makes her the best pet doctor in our town.
The staff at Niceville Animal clinic are very kind and professional! I feel that my dogs health and well-being are in the best hands! We will always be grateful to Dr Jenny for her kindness, sensitivity and professionalism!
