Nick listened to my situation and offered me options that fit my needs perfectly. He or someone on his team communicated with me almost daily to assist me in gathering all the documentation needed these days for the loan commitment and final loan approval. When I needed to make a small change to the loan amounts all the work for that was done within a day and they made it easy to proceed to the final closing. I will definitely use AmeriFirst again if I need to in the future.
