If it were not for Nick, i would not have closed loan on time. He explained the process during every step, followed up and made sure of all the documents before presenting it to the under writer. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would strongly recommend him. He is the best in the business !!

I read in other reviews that one of the drawbacks of working with big lenders (like BoA) was that the lending officers tend to not pay attention to the details and many times they tend to close late. In our case with Nick it was quite the opposite: he guided us throughout the whole process (we were first-time buyers), provided recommendations, and was very fast and diligent in every step, including closing. He was available even after-hours and during weekends to answer our questions.

Last year my husband and I purchased our first home. The house that we wanted had many barriers to sale, the biggest one being that it was close (like two weeks away) from being foreclosed on. Each hurtle that we had to face, Nick was right there, offering guidance, support and solutions. His industry expertise, hard work and attention to customer service is what got us through. I have already recommended him to countless friends and family. The next house we buy will most definitely be with Nick. He's amazing.

Nick was the lending officer for our home loan. We purchased a house in Seattle and had to take out a jumbo loan. We initially tried working with several other lenders but they were all overwhelmed by the level of complexity of our finances - my husband owns multiple properties and has several businesses and LLCs. My husband and I purchased on a very short time frame as a result of our landlord getting foreclosed on. Nick was very fast, personable and super responsive. I also felt like he worked really hard on our behalf to get us the best rate and terms.

I would definitely ignore the outlier one star review on here because there is no way that Nick deserves it.
