Our experience with Nick Lynch was terrible to say the least. We were practically forced to use him in buying our house as the sellers agent wanted to use him and we didn't want to risk losing the house so we went with him bad move. He was working for the seller's side the entire time when we has supposed to be going to bat for us. Blatantly lied to us on a few occasions regarding final closing costs that should have been covered by the sellers. All in all, it was a bad experience and would not recommend using him.
