During this process we were asked to provide the same information to the lenders from multiple people in the organization. At times this occurred in the same day and at times a week later. There were multiple corrections to mock disclosures within hours and we were continuously told the persons performing the work were making mistakes. Did not appreciate having to call to follow-up or delayed updates. Also, having to wait till the last minute to ask for something and putting a short deadline on the asks. The employees are however very pleasant, especially Sorandi. Maybe it's a system issue that needs an update.
It was honestly horrible. The lack of communication, miscommunication, & lack of accountability was absurd. Our realtor had to step in multiple times to de-escalate certain situations. We were lied to then our realtor was lied to which gave off horrible professionalism & lack of accountability. We were told that we would be locked in at a certain price. Every one was amazing. The most easiest home buying process ever.
The team was sooo amazing and kept the lines of communication open and was very transparent. My first experience with buying a home was the most amazing experience that I have ever had. I am hard to please however I was more than satisfied and pleased with the service I received from Nick and his team.
