The worst experience I’ve had buying a property
Received subpar service from this company/lender. As a first time homebuyer, I would have appreciated more information and solutions based on what I told my loan officer I was trying to accomplish, but all I got was excuses. It didn’t seem like my loan officer really wanted to help at all. Thank goodness I had an extremely helpful realtor to explain things in detail and have them clarify certain things on the disclosures. If I didn’t have to use this lender, I probably would have gone with another company.
Our closing process was extensive and complicated.
