Fully recommend Nick for anyone interested in anything VA loan related. He understands the process and explains every aspect so you understand what is happening. More importantly, Nick will tell you when it is not a good time to take an action. I used Nick for an IRRRL and based on his recommendation to delay the process a few months, ended up with a better rate and more savings.
