Nick is a great loan officer! Fast to hop on the phone and explain every part of the process and every dollar. His estimate was honest and all inclusive so I wasn’t surprised by costs at the end and actually got money back (I had a bad experience with Veterans United that cost me thousands at closing). VU gave me a laughable rate reduction that wouldn’t have been in my best interest to take given the other costs. CCM is competitive, fast and I’m excited to work with them on the life of this home loan.

Nick was great to work with, professional, kept me informed through the whole process, and put me in the best position to make an informed decision when locking in my mortgage.
