It was a great awesome experience with Nick because he walked us through every step of the way. There were parts of it that we were not familiar with and he was very supportive and helpful getting us past the parts that we would not have been able to do without his help. I cannot recall a time when he did not answer his phone or call us right back with the answers we needed. I feel he went went all out to get us the loan pushed through as quickly as he could. He worked weekends and holidays.

I had an extremely aggressive timeline from offer to closing. Nick went above and beyond to process most of the paperwork himself. He communicated every step he was taking by text, phone and email. Nick is very understanding of someone who is not computer savvy and walks you through every detail and explains the why’s and what fore’s of every question we had. It was like having a good friend helping you through the whole process of an important decision.
