Having to show all of the proof because the appraiser did not do her job well to value our house at the appropriate amount. Appraiser needed to do her homework for the new developments and use more recent listings for the comparison. Also the notarize person that was used was not organized, late and we had to resign a document because of her lack of attention to detail.
