We were referred to nick by a friend of ours a month before closing on our new home because the original lender we were approved through was extremely unhelpful, inconsistent with getting back to us and constantly trying to charge more money. Nick was amazing. We had to work with an HOA that was not helpful at all. Nick never stopped helping or being supportive. He is of old school integrity and lives up to that old promise of a hand shake is his bond, he will live up to that hand shake even though it was never given in person. To Nick it was!!
