I had a smaller loan amount which most lenders were not keen in taking, but Nick did not only take up the loan amount but also provided me with outstanding customer service. He displayed professionalism throughout the process and was available to answer all my questions. He also gave me valuable advice regarding refinancing. I initially wasn't even sure I would be able to qualify for a mortgage before my new job started, and yet, not only was Nick able to help me navigate the entire approval process, he even helped me to close on a house within the 1 month before my new job started. Nick did an incredible job explaining every last aspect of the mortgage process, which made it much easier for me while I was also in the process of moving.
