Twice they refused to look at my pet. First time my cat died in less than a week. 4 years later they refused to look at another pet cat. They already had gotten plenty of money because of my dog but for some reason they would NOT look at my cat. Will NOT be going there again. It's a pity as they are right down the road from me but no longer will I take ANY animal to them!
showed up for an appointment today at 10am. I was 10 minutes early to sit until about 1025 AM. the lady on the phone was very kind however when I called and explained I needed a quote for EVERYTHING for an 8 week old kitten the quote verse total today was NOT EVEN CLOSE. Willow paw in coloma offers the same services and rabies shots for way less. won't be back
This was my cats vets for almost 18 years. In the beginning they were pretty good. Near the end of her life we knew it was getting close for her to leave us. We took her in to be looked at they insisted she be put down instead of having a minor surgery. We were talked into having her put down by the staff. And while we were spending our last final moments with the cat I grew up with and had for 18 years.
