It was a tricky scope of work cleaning out a complex old sewer system but in the end we got it done and all is working and I have the video of the cleaned out lines.
The plumber arrived on time and replaced a shower cartridge quickly. Very satisfied with the service. One of my neighbors recommended Nickâ s to me.

Absolute professional communication and work.
These guys showed me that team work actually exists in 2022. Eric Perez and his helper communicated each and every step they made. We had 2-40 gallon water heaters in a two story and in the attic. Not to mention, they had to take the new ones back up after removal of the old ones. They arrived on time to start, and finished when they said they would complete. Amazing crew! Thanks for completing this with no issues once again.

The technician Joe was here early, very knowledgeable and fixed the clog quickly. The staff that takes the calls and schedules appointments are kind and helpful.
A professional team come out. Provided a fair assessment of what needed to be done. My installation didn't require any additional changes in order to meet City of Houston codes, so the quote that was provided appeared to be in line with average for a basic water heater replacement.
