Company has very good technicians who diagnose and solve / repair issues quickly. Staff member- Neil did excellent work and cleaned up very well..- recommend him � �.he� s professional, patient when the customer ask questions, and can quickly diagnose plumbing issues.

The installation of my kitchen faucet was completed promptly and correctly. Adam the plumber was easy to work with and was pleasant and very nice. There was a small time delay before his arrival for which he apologized sincerely. I� m sure he was delayed by his previous appointment.

This was my first experience with Nickâ� � s being new to the Houston area. Jarrod Johnson was dispatched to come solve my problem and did an amazing job. He was super friendly,, provided excellent service, explained thoroughly everything that was wrong and needed to be done, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Don was incredibly responsive. Came by same day for quote. Very competitive. Next day for installation with Adam. Both had a positive attitude for an extremely difficult job. Faced several unforeseen hurdles and pushed through. On a Saturday! Will only call Nickâ� � s in the future.
