I have worked with Josh Baker at Nicks for the past five years. He Is personable, courteous, and professional. He took and shared photos of his work as I was not at home to observe it. We had repair of fixtures in our shower. The house has very high-end fixtures that had to be ordered from Germany. The first order never arrived but Josh kept on top of it and was able to find the fixtures through an alternate supplier. We appreciated the persistence to complete this project.

These guys are so professional. They worked at a difficult backup situation until they got it resolved. They left the area clean and were incredibly pleasant and informative. I will use them any time I need a plumber

Gilbert arrived timely. He explained his initial process to unclog the drain pipe and if that didnâ t work what the second approach would be. The clog did require the second approach. I was very satisfied with the outcome. Gilbert is a very courteous and attentive employee. I highly recommend nickâ s plumbing and specifically, Gilbert

I had a leak somewhere between the water meter and my house. It was not obvious where the leak originated. Eduardo G. from Nickâ s Plumbing was able to locate the leak with the first hole he dug. That takes expertise!!! I canâ t say enough about Eduardo. He earned my trust. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. Most importantly, he knows his stuff. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed the (3) issues that I had and provided a combined quote. although I only opted to pay for the kitchen sink to be unclogged, he tightened the loose connections causing bathroom leaks at no charge. I would highly recommend Nickâ s Plumbing, my only complaint is that dispatch misspelled my name (I spelled it out for her) and also entered the wrong street name which delayed his arrival but he called me and quickly resolved it. I am quite satisfied!
