Robert from Nick's Plumbing completed an annual A/C system check and brought two (2) maintenance items to my attention. Robert was on-time, friendly, and thoroughly explained his findings and recommendations. Not a problem to ask questions and get understandable answers. Great experience.
Ethan and Gray were great! They were knowledgable, solved the problem and left everything better than I could ever have hoped for.
They were helpful and skilled.
I like their policy where I can use the trip fee against any future work within 30 days. My problem disappeared upon their arrival. For figure! And, so far no problems now. The guys were nice. My only suggestion is to keep the customer better informed of arrival time. One call to say they were running late with a new due time wasnt accurate. It was an hour later. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
I got two estimates to replace my hot water heater. Valton Povataj customer service was miles ahead of the other service man that gave me an estimate. This is why I went with Nick� s. Valton gave me several options as to how I could save money. I went and picked up the hot water heater same day as the estimate and Valton was back at my house within 1 hour and had it installed 30min later. I highly recommend Nick� s.
