Honesty is important and I felt very safe in their hands
They were prompt and very neat in their work.
I initially had some issues with scheduling, but the next day Willie came out to give a quote. He did a great job walking into a situation where someone is already unhappy. He explained things well, and went the extra mile to compensate for the scheduling issue. Iâ  m also in sales, and I complimented him in his handling of things. All things went well, and now there will be hot water on a cold morning...

They sent a picture of the technician before he arrived. Eric was on time, as arranged, wore foot coverings in the house, and was very pleasant. His work was done very well and correctly. Nick s Plumbing was recommended to us by another contractor that we trust, who said he has used Nick s Plumbing in his own home and trusts them completely. We recommend him now as well.
