I had such a good experience with them. I needed a plumber, quick, and they sent someone immediately. I have an old house with old, hard-to-find parts and he was able to quickly find the part I needed. He reassured me when I was panicked and he fixed the problem. 👍 My plumber was very capable and professional and I told him that he was my new plumber!

A great community provider. Call in the am and the repair is done by 1:00. Very reliable and professional. Have used them many times and they never disappoint. When I have a plumbing problem, I call Nick s.
The first thing to do is to confirm your meeting time with the service provider to ensure you are on the schedule even though you would assume that gets communicated through the app. I called on the day of my appointment when I hadn?t received any communication 30 minutes into my appointment window. Immediately I was added to the schedule and within an hour I received a visit from a technician/specialist. Nick's Plumbing is one of, if not the best ever to work with. Their customer service unbelievable! Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I wish all companies would take a lesson from Nick's Plumbing on how to treat their customers. There isn't a single thing I could say negative about this company or their employees. They are fantastic in all areas.
Eugene arrived on time and was very professional. He explained why our own efforts to unclog the drain did not work and was able to unclog a persistent clog quickly. He was very personable and I really appreciated his explanation and his attitude of wanting to give me the best service possible. He is a terrific representative for Nick s plumbing! He gets a gold star from me!👍 We have had previous excellent service from Nicks as well.

The technician, William, was punctual, efficient and knew what he was doing. Our garbage disposal went out and was leaking. He immediately determined the problem and gave us options. He did the work right then and in less than an hour he had replaced two pipes and the disposal. Highly recommended.
