Great customer service. Very Helpful
The plumber did an excellent job. My only complaint is he didn't clean up well afterwards. There was grease on the cabinet, the mat was stained, and the floor dirty. These are minor and everything cleaned up.
Jarrod is very knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our toilet very quickly,
Yemi was on time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the issues on the first trip.
Gilbert Ray was very customer service oriented. He explained the job in detail and reviewed the cost estimate with us. They fixed our three toilets in less than an hour and did GREAT work.

Nick's does a great job at communicating. (e.g. timely return of phone calls) and they use multiple channels such as text, phone email, to advise or confirm the appointment. The guys arrived on time and were as professional as any subcontractor I have used in the past. Would definitely use them again.
