Josh Jackson, the technician - plumber was excellent. He was very patient to explain how things work and answered all of my questions. He was thorough and efficient. When he completed the job he left the environment as clean as it was before he arrived. When I thanked him for this he said, � it� s part of the job� he was very professional and courteous. I appreciate that he also completed the job ahead of my goal completion time.
I paid $350 to have a gas valve replaced. They took about 30 minutes. Charged me $185 for the valve that cost about $10. $180 for labor. The real kicker is the $149 to relight water heater. Took me less than 5 minutes!! Plumbers, electricians, and mechanics, they get what they want. We are at their mercy.
The best. You get what you pay for. Smart and thorough. Josh is the guy to call on. No one better in Houston.
