Over the years, we’ve grown to three showrooms in the metropolitan area and expanded our selection from just carpet and tile to virtually every type of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, marble, ceramic, bamboo, composites and much, much more!

This week we replaced all of the 30 year-old carpet in our home with Devon Classic III in "Drizzle". The service I received by Jennifer and Mike at Nielsen was amazing ... so helpful!!! The installers (Francisco and Fernando) were professional, quick, and did a beautiful job with a lot of attention to detail! The carpet is beautiful and makes my toes happy! Neilson Bro’s. Installer in Auburn, WA, Dennis, did an amazing job fixing my Pergo flooring. My husband had removed a half wall, which divided the living room and dining room. This wall was really thick, about 53” x 93” because it had a fireplace inside of it. For this reason, Dennis had to dismantle 1/2 of the now great room flooring in order to weave the Pergo to join the two rooms. The estimator ordered less carpet than was needed to finish the job. A week after most of the carpet was installed, we have yet to hear back when the job will be completed. The flooring contractor who installed the flooring in the bathrooms did not reinstall the baseboard in the master bathroom, even though we have already paid him. The flooring contractor did not cut a large enough opening in the master bathroom floor to receive the register. My experience with Nielsen Brothers from start to finish was wonderful. Their showroom has so many options to choose from. I was able to take home as many samples as I wanted and I kept them for a very long time! Jennifer was amazing and super kind. Mike came and measured everything and was very professional and helpful! The install was perfect! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. We love our new carpet. It has transformed our space. Thank you.
