Over the years, we’ve grown to three showrooms in the metropolitan area and expanded our selection from just carpet and tile to virtually every type of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, marble, ceramic, bamboo, composites and much, much more!

Staff was very accommodating letting us take multiple samples to test out at home until we found the right color. Install went smoothly and was done with high quality.
Our floor and trim looks fantastic, we are very happy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We feel like we have a whole new set of friends now.
When we first started working on this project, I asked for samples to be brought to our condo and indicated 3 that I had seen online as the type of pattern and color I was interested in. Your representative arrived with very different samples. On second visit, I found exactly what I wanted. The installer did an excellent job and are more than pleased with the end product.
We are very pleased with the time they took to help us pick the right color and got the work done quickly and have had a lot of compliments on the carpet and quality. Thank you.

We worked with Michael Richards at the Bellevue store. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond in expediting the delivery date and installation. His installers showed up exactly as scheduled and did a great job, thorough and professional. We were promised the A-Team and that's who Michael sent! Carpet looks beautiful. Will go back to Nielsen and Michael when we are ready for another carpet update. Thank you Michael!
My wife & I purchased a townhouse in Edmonds and selected new carpet for the master bedroom before we moved. On the day of the installation, the carpet we selected did not look the same with the bedroom lighting. Nia and Mike at Nielsen Bros. let us select another carpet that was much better and did not charge us for our error in replacing the carpet. When we need to do more carpet replacing, Nielson Bros. will be the only call we will make.
One of the best experience I’ve had during my kitchen remodel was working with everyone. Starting from walking in the door to seeing the install finished. The team was helpful and friendly and most importantly available. They listened to my questions and had answers for my every need. Made my wife and I feel like V.I.P.’s, even though we were just a small job. So awesome that it was like having my own staff of professionals. I had the best experience with Nielsen Brothers. It started with Michael Richards, my salesman. I started looking in June and finally decided in August. He never pressured me. He allowed me to take a million samples home to try. Unlike a lot of people, we wanted new carpeting for us...long term...not a resale. He gave me lots of suggestions, ideas, and things to think about. But never pressure. When I did decide, he gave me a good, fair price.
