Nielsen Bros Bellevue did a great job on my wall-to-wall carpet and bathroom vinyl flooring. Installation was flawless. I needed new flooring in a short time frame ahead of listing my home for sale. The NB team came through with flying colors. Thank you to Mike Stumpf, Gus, and Gustavo!

Nielsen Bros were great from start to finish re-carpeting our home. Really liked the large carpet samples you can borrow right from the showroom. Other carpet stores only had tiny samples and you had to order 9x9 samples. The installers, Gus and Ricardo did an excellent job. Installed Karastan Lifetime Luxury Smartstrand Silk carpet. Really like the softness and color, but don't like the tread marks left by rolling chairs, footprints etc. That aside, highly recommend Nielsen Bros!

There is no way to explain how generous and caring Megan treated us. It’s one of the better companies I have ever worked with..If any more has ever said anything negative it would be hard to believe!!! Again Megan thank you for being there for us!!! YOU ROCK.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike Nielsen and his staff at Nielsen Brothers in Lynnwood! Throughout the process of choosing amongst installing new carpet or wood floors in our living and dining rooms, Mike was there to help us along. He was very professional, knowledgeable about what materials would be best to use, and did a great job walking us through the process of what was a bit of a complicated job in relation to our prior floor situation. We ultimately decided on installing wood laminate. Paul, his installation contractor, did an absolutely beautiful job, with great attention to detail. We are so happy that we went with Nielsen Brothers. They are simply the best; meticulous, fast, well-priced, honest, and we love our new floors! We highly recommend them!

My husband and I have had great experiences with Lynnwood Nielsen Bros. carpet and flooring in the past. Well, they did it again! Beautiful new carpet/padding in our bedroom (a needed update) and the entire process was seamless. Everybody in the showroom assisted (professional team work) and the installers were great. Everything was cleaned up and they were very respectful using Covid protocols.
We have more rooms that need help! We know where we will continue to shop.

I highly recommend and you should definitely use Nielsen Bros Flooring! I ordered a Karastan carpet and it was installed when I noticed that the panel that had the seam showed a color variation. I called the store and Tom came out, looked at it and returned to the store. Within a short period of time on the same day the store called me to advise they had re-ordered the carpet and would completely re-carpet the living room in question. Who Does That? Nielsen does! I was going to use a big box store like Lowes but decided against it because of any issue that might arise and nobody being able to make a decision. I for one am glad I used Nielson Bros and will have them back to do some other flooring. The carpet I chose was Karastan in a dog friendly color and love it, with two 100lb dogs it will hold up well. It took less than two weeks for the installers to return with replacement carpet. I used the Auburn location and if you’re in the market go see them.

Great customer service. Had a crack in the kitchen floor that was installed four years prior. Mike Nielson reviewed and completely replaced floor at no cost.
