The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor explained my conditions and what the various scans meant in my case.
The entire staff was very patient and kind with my 95 year old mother-in-law. Dr London was very thorough and he explained the state of her eye to us very well

Excellent communication with me and coordination with my Kaiser HMO. Even though I have a diamond plan with Kaiser HMO, they were responding too slowly to what I felt were urgent symptoms, so I found and paid Dr. London out-of-pocket for an emergency exam that he squeezed into an already very busy day for him and then he stayed late into the evening to complete my urgently needed pneumoretnopexy, saving my retina from further detachment (Kaiser wasn't even going to see me for another 2 days!) Very good. Dr London listened attentively and clearly explained my condition, options and potential surgical procedure to correct the vision acuity issues I am experiencing. He assured me that waiting on my condition was not threatening further damage and surgery was elective at this point.
Dr. London has been taking care of my eye since a retinal pin hole repair was followed by a detached retina. He repaired my retina as an emergency in his office and managed to emplace it perfectly! I had no loss of visual acuity. He had been monitoring my vision starting with monthly, quarterly, and now semiannual followup visits.
