Excellent communication with me and coordination with my Kaiser HMO. Even though I have a diamond plan with Kaiser HMO, they were responding too slowly to what I felt were urgent symptoms, so I found and paid Dr. London out-of-pocket for an emergency exam that he squeezed into an already very busy day for him and then he stayed late into the evening to complete my urgently needed pneumoretnopexy, saving my retina from further detachment (Kaiser wasn't even going to see me for another 2 days!)
