Great experience. Helpful and knowledgeable but no pressure. The car I wanted sold but they found me another one that I ended up liking even better.

We live about 100 miles from the dealership and Joe helped us find the truck with all the features we wanted set up everything online and secure the vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. The service didn't stop there, once we came to pick up the vehicle the finance department was quick and informative. Everyone was so friendly and informative. Five stars sales person and dealership. We plan ti be back soon for our next electric vehicle.
Had an issue with the LED lights on the front of our Rogue. The dealer initially told us a few months ago that it would cost several hundred dollars. Adam in the service department double checked the status during our regular service visit recently. Nissan had decided to cover the replacement for free. Outstanding support and the service department took care of the replacement in a timely manner.
