On my second Nissan Armada, and love the car, but the service at Alan Webb Nissan is so bad, I will never buy another one! They are the only Nissan service in the area and their service department is so bad, I can not bring my self to deal with them anymore. Nor can I in good faith recommend them to any one. Sorry to have to write this.

Their sales staff is pleasant, low pressure. But the vehicle we purchased was not checked very thoroughly by their shop before they sold it.

I’ve had the best sales and service here. Genny S. Went above and beyond to take care me. I had a few rock chips on my new Rogue. Genny took care of it prior to getting my Rogue Simonized. The friendly customer service will not only keep me coming back but also referring family and friends!

What a great experience from the beginning to the end! David was my sales rep and he was so enthusiastic and easy to work with and not pushy which I really appreciated.
