My first trip there was fine. I had to go back a couple days later and that time the communication was horrible. They didn’t tell me it would need to be there over night. Also someone told me I could get it after 6 and when I showed up no one was there.
I waited 3 hours for service that should have taken about 1 hour. When I checked on my car after waiting almost 2.5 hours - I found out they hadn’t even started working on my car. Apparently someone forgot to take the 'service order' with my car when they moved my car. (It was in the service line) After they took my car back for service, they were finished with it in under 1/2 hour - SO I wonder if they did a thorough job on servicing my car since it didn’t take as long as I expected, once they started working on it. All staff seemed familiar with the recall work that I needed. I was told it would take 5 hrs. I asked for an appointment on Monday but he wouldn't make one. He said Monday was wide open come anytime. I dropped off my car at 10:30 a and had to call to see if it was ready at 5:30p. It was.
