Service was excellent Technicians were helpful and pleasant Made an appointment, thinking that meant service at that time. I was wrong. It was same as walk in as far as priority. Need to work on that by either honoring appointments or sticking to first come first served ONLY.

My experience with Nissan was amazing! Mr. Sartain was so kind and helpful throughout my time at the dealership. As well as the other friendly staff members who greeted me and my daughter with welcoming smiles. The service was done quickly and efficiently. They also were able to fix a recalled part. Double check you have appointment made Female CS person did not put me on the schedule. Thank goodness I double checked. What could have taken 1 hour took two. Otherwise good experience, time is money both ways Nissan. Don’t waste ours by over booking your hard working mechanics.

They really try and work with you. If you have a specific car that you really want they are gonna try their hardest to get you that car.

Great experience. The attendant was good and made sure I knew what was going on with my car and showed me what to do the next time. They agreed to service my vehicle even though I had no appointment for oil change etc.
