"Tony did an outstanding job. Him and Kelly are my two..." Tony did an outstanding job. Him and Kelly are my two favorite. I alway try to woke with one of those two when i bring my car in.
"Air Conditioning issues in June in Georgia" I callled and spoke with Tim. He sat me up an appointment to come in immediately. The technician found the problem and Tim explained in detail what was wrong. He got me into a rental and oversaw the fix. Called me a day earlier than I was expecting to tell me car was ready. When you got back to the service center everything was waiting on me. He had me in and out in 8 minutes. Great experience. They have my business for life
"Great Service" Everyone is very friendly and professional. Making an appointment on line is quick and convenient. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with water, soda, and snacks.
"Long wait but excellent people" I love this dealership but yesterday I had an appointment and it took over 2 hours for an oil change and got them to check my seat belt. It was a Saturday so I expect longer wait times but since I had an appt I didn’t expect such a long wait. Nonetheless, they take good care of my car and I will be back.
"Excellent Service?" The gentleman at the service desk was great. I thought my rear brakes were making noise. I was from out of state traveling. Dustin Smothers looked at my car and I did need rear brakes. He got them on for me and looked the car over. It was a very short wait. I felt secure about getting back on the road for my vacation. Bravo Nissan!
"Oil change " My service technician was very courteous and even made it possible for me to get a ride to my job while waiting on my car to be serviced. They even washed my car!
"Service for oil change" Had first oil change , nice waiting room while waiting, drinks and snacks were in provided. Didn't take long to change oil . They washed my car!!!🤗
"Good customer service " Very friendly people and great customer service. Few things that could of been better but all together great dealership for service work and will return.
