"Oil change " They usually wash my car before giving it back to me and they didn’t even offer it this time , I oils have liked my car washed

"Always a delight" I'm always taken care of at Nissan. Tim helped me during my most recent visit. He was great, very funny. He made sure all of the repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and it didn't break the bank.
"Quick and Efficient" The week before my appointment had been eliminated by unexpected customers due to heavy rain so it was rescheduled (was told it would be a three hour wait). On my next return I was quickly checked in and service was done in 1 1/2 hours. I was treated very fairly and Tim, in the service department, took great care of me and my Rogue.
"Always a great experience" I have always had a great experience at Nissan of Athens. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. They also do their best to get you in and out promptly, while providing the best service.
"Oil change and new brake rotors " Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I have been bringing my car in for 7 years because of the customer service. Will continue to do so in the future
"Stellar" Mr. Donnie went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. It’s hard to satisfy me, but he did just that. Not only is he a great salesman, I think he’s a great guy overall. His customer service skills are amazing. I know that I put a lot of pressure on him, but he got the job done. He stayed touch with me and let me know everything that was going on with my car. He’s the best!!!
"Didn't solve the problem" The oil change and tire rotation went well. However, my blue tooth problem was not resolved, even though the car was there for 5 hours. Serge and the technician were both spectacularly polite and helpful. Unfortunately, my car was supposedly fixed 3 separate times, but the problem is still unresolved. The good news is that Serge has promised to speak with the Nissan engineers on Monday, then make arrangements to have a loaner delivered to my home or workplace, and then take my car back to Athens.
