"2017 Titan" Nice, courteous, and friendly staff. Willing to work with you. Process was simple and easy. They did not mind me asking questions. They ensured I got the best interest rate. 2nd vehicle we bought through Nissan of Athens. Both times we have been very pleased. Service department is great. They fixed my key fob on the spot about two hours after I bought the vehicle.
"Excellent service advisor" Kelly Richardson is one of the best if not the best service advisors I have come into contact with in 46 years of having my car serviced. You are lucky to have him!
"Airbag recall" Was quick and easy. The only issue is that I had to go back a second time because the computer reset for the airbag service did not reset the first time.
"Oil change" They did a fine job. Their systems needs working on. They did not know I was a gold member with free oil change and tire rotation. Keep trying to charge me.
"Satisfying " I thought everyone at the dealerships were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Prince Hudson was very attentive and excited to be assisting us. I would for sure recommend Nissan of Athens to my friends.
"Excellent service" I always recieve excellent quick as possible service from Tony Bowers and the rest of your crew. They always go above and beyond to serve my needs.
"Tony Bowers is Awesome!!" Mr Bowers customer service is extremely amazing. He is always caring and thoughtful when I take my care for maintenance. Nissan needs to invest in him because of the service he provides to all his customers. Thank you Nissan of Athens; thank you to Mr Bowers.
"Great" Heather was very Polite and informative, helped me with any questions i had and was patient with me. Got me checked in and out as soon as possible!
"Always friendly" I didn't have a scheduled appointment but when I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted by my name. Wow! The waiting area is always clean and fully stocked with snacks and beverages. I will not go anywhere else.
