"Amazing experience " When I first arrived I was greeted by name and given a handshake. I was checked in immediately and received a number to call if I had any questions or concerns. Nissan of Athens consistent, courteous, and quality service is the reason for my loyalty.
"Quick, courteous and very accommodating." The customer service is very excellent. They always exceed my expectation by giving the best service. They have always followed up to see if all went well while I was there and always intrested in what can be done differently to improve the customer experience.
"Oil change" Took my sons care to have an oil change. Quick and friendly service.. Was met by a young man with a very pleasant attitude, even though it was cold, as he placed the covers for the mats into the car.. Service associate was really friendly and helpful as well! I am huge on first impressions, and Nissan of Athens has a 100% in my book! Be Blessed!!
"GREAT!!!!!!" The salesman I had was very hands on. He was also kind and polite. I would recommend him and Nissan of Athens to family and friends. I have absolutely no complaints about the dealership or salesman!
"Excellent service. Quick as well." Went to check out my power steering to learn that have electrical power steering and was also told need new rear which I wasn’t aware of.
"Check out my car with a recall part " The man came inside waiting area and explained the part I needed will be ordered and soon as it arrives they will call me very nice and friendly service and I appreciate him telling me what was wrong
