"Quality Service" I'm always pleased with the service at Nissan. The service agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I also feel that I'm in and out in a timely manner. They do excellent work!
"Easy in easy out" Very nice set up. Pull into garage and someone is there to assist and take your info . Very streamlined. Very impressed! Nice lobby to wait on service . Only reason rating was not excellent was because I needed an oil change and service for a flashing air bag warning flashing on my dash.. after two hours I was told all was good and that a cable was unplugged causing the warning. "100,000 miles and good as new!" Tony has taken care of myself and my favorite car for over 2 years. After 4 Nissans and probably 300,000 miles between them in 5 states, Tony and Athens Nissan is my favorite. Work is done professionally and quickly when it needs done. At a fair price. "Unprofessional" The service advisor I spoke with was rude when it came time to pick my vehicle up. He was unprofessional and spoke to me so rude that I was crying when I talked to the sales director.
