"Great" The time I walked in and the time I walked out I have never been in a car dealership that treated me like the Nissan of Athens. Thanks

However, the shop guys here could really use some MAJOR lessons on how to care for a customer's vehicle, especially given the cost of cars now!!! "Nissan Service Center is the best" Nissan service is the only place I take my car. Everybody I’ve encountered there has been polite and helpful. It’s like they were trained by Chick-fil-a, that’s how great they are😊
"Oil chg., tires rotated, car washed - 1 1/2 hrs. GREAT!" Good service, friendly staff! Waiting room was full but they still got me out in good time. Nice waiting room. I had snack and drink while I waited.
"Service on car" Heather had By far the best customer service a person could ask for thanks will be back soon. She also made sure I knew what I needed to look foward to in the future with new cars coming out.
"Always the best." Friendly, they keep up with my car's needs. A bit of a lengthy wait, but I asked them to add services to the planned oil change, so it was all good.
"Routine " In for oil and filter change. Check brakes. Tire rotation. Wash vehicle. After waiting three and one half hours I was told there would be a long wait for the wash job. I canceled the wash. Later when I arrived home, I discovered that my tires had not been rotated. I would like to say thanks to the service writer, he was courteous and responsive to my inquiry and apparently thought the tire rotation had been performed.
