"Service Personnel " All personnel were knowledgeable and thorough especially Tony Bowers. He took the time to answer all my questions. We are first time owners of a Nissan and he patiently answered our questions
"Nice friendly service and staff " I did a up grade and people we’re very nice and well mannered and lot of respectful friendly people I will recommend this place to others
"Oil change" The best service person helped me. He was understanding and explained everything to me. Since I am from out of town, he knew it was unlikely I’d be back but I’d buy a car from this dealership next time. Wonderful people!!
"Excellent service" After going to another service center to have my car checked out when the "service engine light "came on, I was disappointed with the decision they came up with. I chose to have nissan service Dept to look over the problem, and was given a better option n had the problem repaired by Nissan.
"Urgent care!" I was pleased I were able to get in right away. Kelly was great really took good care of me. Told me what was wrong with my car, gave me a coupon to help with the cost then gave me a loaner car; was not expecting!!! I had major leaks all was fixed in two days. Great service no complaints.
"Routine matentience. Oil change and tire rotation. " I was in and out quicker than I expected. Heather was a huge help with all my questions. She even offered a car wash, They even washed the inside front window. Huge help for short ppl who can't reach. I will be back.
