"Awesome service " I came in for an oil change and the service was outstanding. Tony and his crew were efficient and friendly. I appreciate my car being washed and vacuumed along with the advice on how to keep mice out from under the hood. Tony took the time to make sure I understood all the ins and outs of my car and took the time to speak with my husband on the phone.
"Professional and competent service." The service reps and tech personnel is always professional, will offer useful advice, and fix what needs fixing ... and at reasonable prices. Thanks for your service.
"Best Service Advisors" The service advisors at this dealership are unrivaled. I’ve taken my car for service at a few dealerships but Nissan of Athens will do their best to help out, even with non-Nissan cars. I’ve received better service here compared to the Toyota dealerships (haven’t tried the Toyota of Athens dealership) with my Toyota Camry. Would highly recommend to friends and family

"Oil change /rotate tires and inpection" They treat everyone nice and don't try to get over on a women. When she brings car in for services wait not long they answer any questions
"Exceptional, fair and fast, a great experience." I was elated that Darrell could pick me up at my residence in less than an hour from my call. He bought the truck I wanted to test drive and took me back to the dealership to expeditiously process the buy with the fastest finance team ever. It was a great experience! He even called me today to see how I was enjoying my new Frontier. Thank you all very much.
"Long wait " So I want this Saturday for my scheduled oil change for my car. As soon as we pulled in it took 10 minutes for some one to get to my car. Then once they did they said it would be a two hour wait, I was already their and couldn’t put off my oil change my my new car! However they did have a play room for my kids and free snacks and sodas. Also they have a tv in the kids room we could change as well. I did ask for a shuttle bus to drive me to a location while we waited, they stated they didn’t provide shuttle buses... read more
