The people were friendly. I presented a coupon was put with my paperwork and service associate said I could use it however it was not taken off my invoice. Would have been better if they were upfront instead of just ignoring it. I was planning to change to this dealership for my service because it is closer to my home. But I will keep going to old dealership.
Salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable. Dealer was responsive to my counter offers. Final paperwork to finish sale was a little cumbersome. Overall a good experience.
