My service reps of Mr. Garrett, Jonathan and Nate were excellent. Give them all a pay raise. However, during your 2 month renovation of the bay, and now that you’ve moved the customer waiting room into the old auto dealership section of the building, it would be nice if you put a TV in there for us while we are waiting. That shouldn’t be too much trouble. Just unplug the one from the existing waiting room that’s now closed temporarily and put it in the temporary one.

I have used this dealer and service center for over 10 years. The staff are always friendly and communicate everything prior to service. I know I can trust what I am being told by the staff. I also appreciate being told in advance about future maintenance issues.

My biggest complaint was about the handoff process. We filled out all of our documents online, had terms, everything but when we got to the show room everything had to be redone. I was clear with the online agent that I would be on my lunch hour but that didn’t seem to make a difference. Was still there more than two hours just trying to sign a lease.
