Excellent care that was quick and effective. The new waiting area is great and quiet.
Serge in the service dept is awesome! Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a timely fashion stayed in touch with me throughout the process.
To date, I have been impressed with the vehicle and follow up with the dealership has been good.

My service reps of Mr. Garrett, Jonathan and Nate were excellent. Give them all a pay raise. However, during your 2 month renovation of the bay, and now that you’ve moved the customer waiting room into the old auto dealership section of the building, it would be nice if you put a TV in there for us while we are waiting. That shouldn’t be too much trouble. Just unplug the one from the existing waiting room that’s now closed temporarily and put it in the temporary one.
I have used this dealer and service center for over 10 years. The staff are always friendly and communicate everything prior to service. I know I can trust what I am being told by the staff. I also appreciate being told in advance about future maintenance issues.
Thanks for the great communication during the visit. Hunter and the other gentleman in service (who I've worked with multiple times) were great---per usual.
Customer service was amazing. Abe and Zach were very friendly. Abe explained everything in vivid detail and was very considerate when it came to what type of car I wanted.
My biggest complaint was about the handoff process. We filled out all of our documents online, had terms, everything but when we got to the show room everything had to be redone. I was clear with the online agent that I would be on my lunch hour but that didn’t seem to make a difference. Was still there more than two hours just trying to sign a lease. Also the online agent had run my credit for credit application but the dealership ran it too so I now have multiple hits on my credit report. Other than that it was a positive ... read more
