Very helpful and amazing people I’m glad I chose Nissan I love my new car.
No appointments available for general service. The mechanic didn't complete the work I requested. They replaced my conventional oil with synthetic oil without asking or explaining. They didn't rotate the tires like I requested. They didn't check the tires' pressure; All four tires are a different psi. I understand the reason they didn't rotate the tires, but to not check the pressure seems, well, lazy. Aside from the service department, I can't comment. The employees were polite. So far so good my salesman Ruben was really nice. I actually didn't come to buy a car lol I was meeting my son there. Glad I came . I traded my vehicle tht was a 2015 for a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe I am really enjoying it. Thanks to Nissan of Athens.
