I bought a new car the beginning of February and it has been to the shop twice for the same issue in the last month. The first service adviser Phillip acted like he didn’t care to help me and wouldn’t give me an update unless I called and looked for him. The issue never got fixed. The second time my car was in the shop Tony, the advisor, was nice but I still had to call for any updates.
