"Rome Williams " Great Service by Service Advisor Rome Williams. Also Great Service and Quick Service/Repair/Warranty Replacement To My Rear/Passenger Side Tail Light/Housing That Had Malfunction/Light Out Because Of Moisture In Light Housing.
"Excellent service center" I always use Nissan of Bowie's service center where I purchased my Murano. It is nearby and they have good pricing. Everyone is courteous, even the owner! I have chatted with him a few times.
"Servicing" Arrived at 7am and was checked in immediately. Excellent service. Would recommend others. Very courteous, attention to detail and friendly. Great people. Thumbs up to you.
"Recent service on car" Good service, would be nice for employees to open the service doors on time. If you open at 7, doors should open at 7, not 7:04. Nice , clean interior. I think pricing dmfor service was high, had to find coupon to lower bill. Service rep Eric was very nice. With a 10yr old car, I'm sure I'll be back soon.
"Breath of fresh air" Eric always greets you with a smile and takes great care in looping you in with what is happening with the car. I went in for an oil change, a service I can get just about anywhere, but his customer care keeps me bringing my car back.
"Leaf 2019" Amazing service! Great team. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Best dealer there is I recommend Nissan of Bowie to everyone.
