"Very help, professional, and courteous." I’ve had my car serviced by several dealerships in this area, however Nissan of Bowie is by far the best in class! The service associates (I worked with Jack Price this time) provide a level of service that is unmatched anywhere else I’ve been. I spoke to a friend after leaving my most recent service appointment, who also happens to frequent Nissan of Bowie. She, too, loves the service they provide.
"Service Center Experience " My service center experience was awesome express lane was great I didn’t have to make an appointment just pulled up got out they serviced my car and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes so I would suggest anyone who has a Nissan or doesn’t have a Nissan go get one from Nissan of Bowie just to try this awesome service center experience

"Terrific Customer Service!!!" Heather is a fantastic service advisor!! She kept me up to date on the status of parts that needed to be ordered and the work progress during the service appointment! She also managed the schedule to accommodate my vacation plans so that I could get the work done and still start my vacation trip on time! "Quick" I had to get a oil change and wheel alignment, it was quick and painless. They kept me up to date with the progress each step of the way.
