"Improvements are needed" As a single mother its very important for me to have a reliable vehicle. In the future when oil change states a 10 point inspection I expect to receive that. Advising me that a 14 year car needs no repairs is unacceptable because the Technician did not take the time to provide the inspection. This has happened to me several times while I have patronized Nissan of Bowie.
"Car repairs " Our servicemen were great! They kept us abreast of the issues with the car! We came back and got more work done! They were very timely!
"Always Great! " There’s certain work I just don’t get through Nissan due to price but when the price is right there’s nobody else I rather work on my car. Until my 2016 Nissan Altima was jerking instead of accelerating and cutting off in the middle of driving and they just couldn’t figure it out. I went back to them 3-4 for the SAME problem and had to pay $135 just so they could tell me there was nothing wrong TWICE. "Nissan Rogue 2018" Khalil was awesome! I got the car I wanted and got a great deal. Loving the car so far. Khalil was friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience overall!
"My car wouldn't start. " My car wouldn't start. I had it towed to the dealership to have it looked at. Rome was very attentive. My car arrived around noon. My car was looked at and fixed by 4pm. I was able to make my evening event with time to spare.
"Ishmael Was Extremely Helpful" I sincerely appreciate the care and response that Ishmael and Nissan of Bowie took with servicing the repair of my 2009 Altima. Very helpful and the shuttle service help make travel easier to keep life going on while the car was in repair.
"Experience" The experience was very good. Jack was accurate in the amount of time it would take and provided the shuttle toy home. The shuttle driver was great as well.
