"Good Experience" Very easy Experience, everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly. It was a good experience. Great customer service and will do it again next oil change.
"Okay experience " The service appointment was okay as always, just was a little disappointed with the fact that I couldn’t use a coupon that was emailed to me and the guidelines or rules of the coupon wasn’t clear. I probably will start taking my car to NTB because I can get a oil change and tire totation for only $6 more than what I paid for an oil change at the dealership.
"Nice shopping trip" We went out to look at new cars intending to look around. Nissan of Bowie was our first stop and we didn't go any further. Our salesman, Pete Ross, greeted us and was very helpful from that point on. The entire process was smooth with all our questions answered and no pressure to make a decision. Pete went out of his way to find the car we wanted and explained the multiple features. We're very satisfied and would highly recommend this dealership.

No matter how long it takes they will work with you to get you the deal you want for the vehicle you want. Even when it looked like the deal was going to fall thru they never made me feel like anything other than a valued customer
