On March 27 2014 I purchased a 2011 Nissan altima. I told him what I was looking for when I got there the car was ready to take a test drive.It's funny how small the world is knew Marc from years ago.He has the best customer service ever made me feel at home. I have visited Nissan of Bowie a couple times to test drive a few models. Kalil has been always super helpful, I didn't want to rush to get a vehicle (I made that mistake last time). Recently my wife was in the process of changing out her summer tires for a winter pair due to some impending bad weather. In the process a lug nut was seized and stripped. She was able to make an emergency stop at Nissan of Bowie to get this fixed the very next day. Not only were they able see her on such short notice to remove the lug nut and put the winter tire on her vehicle but they did this at no charge.
