I posted a bad comment about my car being scratched in the car wash but I received a phone call from my sales person they told me just bring the car back and I can get a new one!!
I just want to say that when I purchased my new Nissan Rogue from Nissan of Bowie, I worked with some of the most knowledgeable, and experienced people. Sales Manager, Richard Bledsoe and Salesperson, Rene' Lewis, were outstanding!!! They worked really good as a team. They were friendly and they made me very comfortable in selecting my new vehicle. While looking for cars I applied for an auto loan online with my bank and was approved. My Sales Associate Mr. Wale Osoba was very professional and greeted me immediately upon arrival to offer his assistance to provide a service and he was very knowledgeable and was very attentive to my needs. He also was eager to make sure I knew how to use owner's manual and to know how to operate the navigation system.
When I visited the dealership, Mr. Williams approached me for assistance. I was a little skeptical because of his youth, however, after working with him it was a great experience and I got the vehicle I wanted. From start to finish he was very professional, pleasant and had a personal touch to his style of sales consultant. Mr. Maurice Williams provided excellent customer service from the start to the finalization of the sale. Mr. Williams treated us with a personal touch that was very important to us. He followed up with us to make sure that we completely happy and satisfied with the sale. Furthermore he provided us with the history and personal tour of the dealership and staff member's. Experience at Nissan of Bowie has been mixed. General service has been fairly good except for 30k, 60k and 90K mile service marks. The prices for those are a bit high. High enough that I can say my other vehicle (BMW) costs less to get maintenance preformed. It seems like every time I take my vehicle in they want me to flush my power steering fluid even if it had just been done less than 10K miles ago.
