"Oil Change " I give downtown Nissan a 5 star because David the service advisor is very professional and walks me thru and explains everything in detail. I’ve been going there for about 3 years and I’m very satisfied with the service I get.
"The Service technicians and repair technicians are amazing" I was towed to the dealership, and right away a Service Technician (Dennis) assisted me in getting my car looked at on a Friday afternoon. He was very thorough and courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I wasn't happy with the repair costs but Dennis and the Repair technician explained all the charges. "well very good timing and service" well as a my first time for service I really was so surprise that they said to me job will be done in 2 hours approximately and it was little bit les than that. Just excellent.

"Customer Service" Service for my nissan sentra was exceptional. Went in for AC and oil change, came out with more than was expected. Noises for my brake were addressed.
"Service" Really like the service they provide very friendly and fast service and my service advisor Ernesto Flores always on point with giving you updates on vehicle, making sure if you need anything while you're waiting and very patient and gives you the best advice when it comes to your vehicle getting serviced.
