"Quick service" I went in for an oil change & cabin filter change. I was in & out within an hour. I didnt have to leave it and the service agent Ace made sure he explain what will i need done about time i came in the next time.
"Great service done on time." As soon as I arrived I was met with a service representative immediately. Booking the services I needed was fast and recommended services were explained in detail but not pressured. Free lyft service to and from my mom was awesome as well. Overall I liked my visit.
"Easy & Painless!" The staff is great and you’re greeted right away! I drive to Nissan DTLA for the excellent customer service all the way from Van Nuys & I’m never dissapointed! Dennis is very professional and his friendliness make taking my car in so painless!

"Best dealership in Los Angeles " I love love love Nissan , this dealership is the best in all of Los Angeles , I only bring my Nissan rouge here to be serviced they are always quick and friendly and I feel like they really care about me and hep me do what’s best for my car , I know I will only buy from this dealership from mark and the the only guy I trust with the care of my car is Dennis, down town Nissan is the only way to go!!
"Maintenance services " Friendly and courteous staff. They forgot to reset the maintenance alarm and when I returned I expected they would take a while to help me, however they did it right away.
