I don't have to say a lot. I won't make this longer, this dealership is very friendly and helpful I been to a lot of dealerships they tell you so much bs it's not even funny. This people, so called customers that left bad reviews just made me laugh. Leaving this dealership 1 star because they were told oil change would be 2 or 3 hours before they leave their car. It felt like family! Anyone who wants to get a new car should go to Nissan of downtown Los Angeles. They are very friendly and respectfull. I went to Toyota and felt discriminated but in Nissan I felt totally welcome.

As I've shopped around for other cars trying to find what best fits a car for my gf and I we tried multiple dealers some shUT us down and didn't want to help us because we seemed like we weren't being serious or other reasons, but when I arrived to the nissan of downtown Los Angeles I was welcomed by one of the employees that was standing outside and asked if I needed assistance in anything.
