"The service was fine, but when I saw my car moved from..." The service was fine, but when I saw my car moved from the service area to the waiting area, nobody called me (I was told I would get a phone call when my car was ready). I wait 20 minutes, decide to go ask, and it had been ready the whole time.

This last visit, they even got me financing for my auto service, which was a year behind schedule and which I would not have otherwise been able to afford. I know when I take my car to DTLA Nissan that they will give me all of the information that I need to keep my vehicle running safely and efficiently.
